Breathwork Techniques: Learn and practice intentional breathing exercises to release stress, boost energy, and deepen your connection to your body. These techniques are powerful tools to carry into your daily life for balance and resilience.
Sound Bath: Close the session by immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath. Allow the soothing tones of crystal bowls, gongs, or other instruments to wash over you, promoting relaxation, reducing anxiety, healing and restoring harmony.
