MEET MALLORY
My healing began when I chose to rewrite my own story.
There was a time in my life when I completely lost connection with myself. In 2016, I reached a breaking point where I no longer recognized the woman looking back at me. Beneath the overwhelm and exhaustion, I realized something powerful: I had the ability to rewrite my story.
That realization became the beginning of my own healing journey.
Through mindfulness, meditation, and deep inner work, I began changing the beliefs, patterns, and stories that had kept me disconnected from myself. Along the way, I was guided to Theta Healing, Reiki, intuitive energy work, breathwork, and sound—practices that helped me reconnect not only with my body and nervous system, but with my intuition and Spirit.
As my own healing deepened, so did my intuitive and psychic gifts. What began as personal transformation evolved into the work I do today as a psychic medium and intuitive healer.
I now help others release stagnant energy and emotional blockages, rewrite the stories and patterns they are ready to leave behind, regulate and reconnect with their bodies, strengthen their intuition, and return to a deeper sense of trust within themselves.
Mediumship has also become a meaningful part of my work. When Spirit comes through, I create space for connection with loved ones who have passed—allowing messages, memories, validation, and healing to unfold naturally within a session.
My work may include intuitive energy healing, psychic insight, mediumship, breathwork, sound, and nervous system support. I don’t believe healing needs to follow a rigid formula. Every session is different and guided intuitively by what your body, energy, and spirit are ready to receive.
